Contest Brief

I need a hyperrealistic version of the render in the images attached.
The winner of the contest will be hired to make 7 renders more of the same building.
You can use any technique you prefer, but the quality must be high.

The 3ds max with vray and materials used, and the blueprints of the building are attached. Feel free to pick a better camera angle if you want to, and you can change any material and lighting as long as the building remains the same.

I will be awarding the winner in less than 24 hs.
