Contest Brief

I need an illustration-style drawing of my dog Sasha for a gift for my wife. Resolution must be 300dpi minimum. A Photoshop or Illustrator file with layers would be preferred as I would like to play with different background and printing options.

Pic 1 is an example of what I am looking for, with somebody else's dog.
Sasha 1 is our target photo. I want her to look goofy like the dog in Pic 1.
Sasha 2 is provided to give another example of what the dog looks like. I have literally 1000 other photos - ask if you want to see them!
