2) 8 SLIDES core feature demo mockups each for desktop app version (I have detailed 8 core features I would like to show) Aim of marketplace app is to enable small to large businesses to find the right talent (freelancers, udemy/lynda alike masterclass trainers) very quickly & seamless through the use of our project management tools. Solve the problem of individual project management, freelancing, video-on-demand e-learning platforms across many industries: fashion, toys, travel, electronics e-commerce.
Slide 1 – Tool Set Box Menu (from menu drop down bar) – include icons: tasklist, scrum task board, mind map, journey map builder, calendar, Gantt chart, layout, swim lane diagram, flow diagram). Menu dropdown bar to include 1) RG Tools, 2) Timeline 3) Calendar 4) Buzz chats 5) Progress Dashboard 6) Files. Should also show the industry verticals that I want to target & match the best fit tools for certain industrie
Slide 2 – Showcase the aesthetics & functionality of scrum taskboards: how filling up scrum taskboards can parse/search for freelancer/trainer/service vendor availability in real-time to connect with talents. Scrum taskboards will also show a heat map with light being less urgent & heavier colours to indicate urgency, there will be notification panes to highlight to user top urgent & priority tasks.
Slide 3 – Showcase integrated calendar & tasks for A) tech electronics e-commerce store, B) fashion e-commerce store, C) travel e-commerce site (calendar design should differ slightly according to industry vertical), they should show how filling up a task on calendar can parse/search for freelancer/expert trainers (like masterclass lessons)/service vendor availability in real-time to connect with talents
Slide 4 – Illustrate journey builder & mini progress taskbars (indicate manpower allocation), good to have some zoom into data analytics once someone click on the mini taskbars. Data visualization to clude: milestone tasks budget by budget (pie chart), portfolio cost analysis, strategic alignment, project roadmaps (early, on track, late, pend approval, not strated, completed, number + percentage indication), lost or gained opportunities.
Slide 5 - Highlight predictive journey builder (Generate multiple what-if paths) & estimated time & money resources allocated to achieve objective & download to spreadsheet view through analytics report wizward for updates or reviews on regular basis
Slide 6 – Collaborative proofing & approval tool to add comments, eliminate miscommunications, needless revisions, and delays.
Slide 7 – Show intelligent feedback on project proposal smart queue systems which prioritises those that are urgent & access rights to only those who are on the team to set security controls and feel that info is secure to relevant parties.
Slide 8 – Show how the AI algorithm is able to find match based on a mixture of freelancers’ availability, budget, skills. Should show both the user (demand) & say masterclass trainers (like the ones you can find on Lynda or Udemy) (supply) and how chatting can be recorded and transform into instant requirements for customizable campaign brief templates that is available on the platform (smart contracts: recognition of text to pre populate campaign brief).
