Design for T-Shirts (All seeing eye + Tiny Skateboarder)

Contest Brief

We're planning on selling T-Shirts and Hoodies online, that's what we need the design for.

Attached there are 6 Pictures. The first Picture is called "Primal Head". Picture 2 is the "All-seeing-eye", furthermore it's the style of this picture i like.
Picture 3 is another illustration of the "all seeing eye", only here there also is a pyramid underneath the triangle with the eye.
Picture 4 is a 3D-image of a skateboard-ramp called "pyramid".
Picture 5 is a Skateboard-Trick called "Smith Grind", where the back truck of the skateboard locks in to a rail or something similar and the front truck is balanced mid-air, slightly below the rail.
Picture 6 is a very bad sketch on the possible end result for ORIENTATION in case my description is to complicated, I made it on paint.
The design is supposed to look like this: I want an image orientated to Picture 3, but the "eye" inside the triangle replaced with the "Primal Head" (Picture 1). Also i want the triangle to look more like Picture 2 and I want the "Banner" underneath the triangle to have these words written on it: "The all-skating-eye".
I want the lower Part underneath the triangle to resemble the front of Picture 4 (Pyramid ramp), most important is the "RAIL" on top of the ramp.
Lastly i want a small Stick-Figure Skateboarder, who's Head is also the "Primal Head" (Picture 1), doing a "Smith Grind" (Picture 5) down the rail (I doesn't matter if left or right side. You can put a little snapback-cap on his head if you want.
IMPORTANT: I DON'T WANT A 3D-IMAGE PLEASE, PICTURE 4 IS JUST FOR YOUR ORIENTATION. PLEASE 2D
BLACK AND WHITE PLEASE.
YOU CAN IMPROVISE ON THE DETAILS FOR THE RAMP, BUT IT HAS TO BE THE FRONT OF THE RAMP
