I have a rubric for teachers who create mathematics tasks that I would like to have 'designed up' from this boring word table. Perhaps add a cover to it so that it can be made available online.

instructions:
1. create a cover design reflecting the nature of the rubric
2. redesign the rubric (that is seen in the word table)
