Hi everyone,

I am the founder of an educational consulting company, and I am going to China tomorrow, and would like to print some flyers prior to my trip. I would like you to create a creative footer for these documents that I can use again. Be creative, but also make sure that these flyers look professional and presentable.

The following information needs to be in the footer of all of the flyers:

-Firm Name (茱莉娅.林奇升学咨询) (in Chinese) AND (Optimum Education Consulting) (in English)
-Firm Address (香港九龙尖沙咀东部么地道67号半岛中心1219-1221室) (in Chinese) AND (Unit 1219-1221, Peninsula Centre, 67 Mody Road, Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong) (in English)
-Firm Logo (attached in the set of files)

It would be great if on the footer, the Chinese text went on top of the English text
