Contest Brief

I would like the following website modernised:
http://www.straight2voicemail.com.au

It must include the following:
1. The youtube video
2. The same content
3. A section for scrolling references
4. It must be for wordpress
5. It must be optimized for the web and mobile
6. It must be optimized for google search
7. A good form for people to show there interest that has an authentication system to stop spam and it emails me the details
8. A section for the explanation of the systems API (Not on the current website)
9. An additional section for pricing that can be hidden if i don't want to use it.

The contest winner will need to provide all the files so the website can be installed in wordpress.
