Contest Brief

Use the left side of Tulum. jpg as the background for the fields. After your mockup is done, we will be putting the tulum video from www.coverr.co behind your design instead of tulum. jpg - An icon is also attached to be used to replace the text "Health Wallet".

The layout needs to be saved in certain sizes, with names, in certain folders. Use screen-dimensions. zip as an example, and deliver with the PSD format.
To start the contest, submit a 1080x1920 entry or maximum equivalent allowed.
