Contest Brief

I am publishing an app where a customer downloads the app, and when installs it first time, it has to verify a phone number, and once verified, user will be taken to a Language Selection Screen (Arabic/Englihs) and then, onto the main menu. Currently there is only one option, which is, Request Car when clicking this, the customer is asked to key in the barcode number found on the receipt. Once keyed in, the user clicks submit, and the app sends this info to company's server and display status to customer.
I need mockups for android and iphone.
proposals will be made hidden so please feel free to express yourself, no other contestant shall see your participation.
Contestant must use the company's logo and theme colors.
Contestant must be creative in producing an impressive layout.
