Contest Brief

I'm looking for a new website designer. I would like to hire a designer that will give my 2011 website a new 2016 feel. Home page only mockup.

The home page that can be used for content and graphics can be found at:
http://www.genacom.com - must use all content on page. Open to additional content.

Designers that actually see what I do and have a marketing mind (should go hand in hand), can suggest new content areas that they feel relevant. You can navigate other pages on the website.

I'm welcoming new graphics however and where content should be created you can put Lorem ipsum.

The person that is hired for the job will potentially be someone I will use for other projects.

Strong CSS/JQUERY skills are a must
If you design in Adobe Illustrator that is perfect, since it really speeds up the design process.

I don't want a PSD. JPG only. Or if you'd like to show off behaviors it can be a combination of both CSS/JQUERY and JPG but It doesn't have to a fully CSSed page to show off the behaviors.
