Contest Brief

I need a facebook ad created (so you must make sure they follow the facebook rules, no more than 20% text etc...)

This ad will be for Summer Tutoring. I want it to be based around this idea "If You Don't Use It, You Lose It". I want the ad to be colorful and cartoon like.

It has to be attractive to parents to want to have their child sign up for summer tutoring.
