  I believe the confusion is from where you're asking for HTML/JS work, however, the project entry will only allow submission of image files. How can I/we submit the files you're looking for?

  Are you expecting to put the attached pdf's contents in the template (link) or should we redesign the whole new dashboard using the same contents of that pdf?

     You can put some js data, but no need any code for reading from the DB. The main points is to use the template which I mentioned as we are using it for the project and to match the attached expected look using the components from the template
