Design a 3D printable passenger airplane that we can Print in REAL SIZE !!!!

Start with bodies of an airplane like one of the Airbus A 320, make sure that the fuselage, body and wings are 3d printable, (layer by layer) while it wouldn't loose strength necessary for keeping 10,000 kg of weight.
Make sure to include the necessary details

now pay attention, we want this airplane to fly! so you need to think the engineering of it, how landing gears will be assembled, doors will work etc.

The printer is likely to be wired, so think about strength of the wings, body, and smaller parts such as control bodies.

I don't think your idea is feasible in the slightest bit. There's a reason why aircraft companies use high grade and hard to machine aviation materials and not just 3d print. Building an un-flyable replica on the other hand may be possible.
