Contest Brief

This is a contest to pick the best candidate to animate an upcoming video introducing a new card game.

For this contest, I want you to show me a short 13-15 second video clip.

What am I looking for ?

I) I want you to animate the first 13 seconds of the video project. Please use the first 13 seconds of the audio file attached (Rossini William Tell Overture).

2) I want you to animate a funny dog that is playing a trumpet. At the 10 second mark, the dog must look down and look up. When he looks up, he will be frightened/shocked/scarred.

2) The video for this contest can be stop motion, meaning, that the movements do not need to be fluid but can be comprised of multiple images (see video example).

3) PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SEE THE VIDEO STYLE THAT I AM LOOKING FOR : The animation style will be similar to this one here (example video) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OtREUajBwIQ -

Note : The contest winner will obtain a project for $500 CAD to design the rest of the video.The upcoming video will be comprised mostly of images already made for the game, but there will be some moments of short & simple animation (standard animation or stop motion). Storyboard & audio will be provided for the video as well.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS CONTEST : the video clip must be fun and eye catching !! Not looking for anything complicated. If you have any questions, please let me know.
