Hi all,
Please find in the attachments the store layout. you are only required to do a 3d rendering design.
I have attached some pictures of what type of designs we are looking for , we want something that is modern, white backgrounds and with the logo colors on details

The sections that need to be considered are the ones posted in the .pdf, but the shape of the space needs to be more like a square of 70 square meters.
We are mostly interested in the FACADE.

The Facade its our priority.

  Feel free in you're design in a space from 70 to 100mts2, we are going to use this new model in our investor brochure for our next stores. We just need to see the areas described in the PDF file, but they can be wherever you think they should be.

  Hola Fernanda. El diseño es abierto, la nueva imagen de la tienda se utilizará en un "brochure" para próximos inversionistas. Estamos esperando que sea un espacio de 70 a 100mts2. Estamos buscando que se vea limpio moderno, no muy caro de hacer, y que tenga detalles en el interior con los colores del logo que contrasten a la vista. El negocio es de Papelería escolar y de oficina, todas cuentan con un centro de copiado, un area de empaque de regalos, de 3 a 4 computadoras para imprimir y mucha estantería, ya que manejamos mucho productos. :)

Hello Sir, thank you for the opportunity. First of all we would like to submit you the entries for the current contest, but the budget is too tight and the work is more as we have to generate 3D visuals with texturing and lighting of exterior as well as interior which takes time and a good amount. We request you if you can increase the budget by $150 it will be really great to work. Regards. Amit R

  Dear Sir, first of all thank you so much for taking an initiative on our note. We would like to make another request that if you can extend the deadline of the project as we were completely busy in the same stuff creation of facade for a huge event, so we will need time for this facade too, as going through the comments above you are in a requirement of facade initially right? So we need to work out on some really amazing designs. I hope you will find well to the current message. Also so sorry for a late reply. Regards

  Hello Salamonzsolt. We already have two stores running with it. We don't need the logo change. We are mostly interested in the facade (exterior) for our new project. That's why we published the exterior examples :) .
