*********** This contest is for the creation of a fully functional, multi-page website for our company. The web designer will be chosen through the contest mock-up presentation he or she will submit that will show the flowchart of page presentation and web design layout ***********

1. What we need: We need a website that makes customers feel comfortable and trust that we can do the bathroom renovation they have been wanting. Focusing on tile, marble, granite installation. Our focus also is hardwood floors (installation & refinishing). We expect that the site moves future customers to establish a first contact with us, due to that fact the site have to be professional and must reflect our main objective that is to inform that we can remodel bathrooms or work on their hardwood floors.
2. About us: We have been specializing in many facets of interior renovations for over 25 years. In 2008 we decided to get focus in hardwood floors only, for that reason we opened a small company dedicated to refinish and install hardwood flooring (www.ToptierFlooring.com), at the same time we kept doing complete renovation projects for our previous clients. Now, being sure that we have enough experience to do it, we want to expand our company’s focus to perform bathroom remodeling in addition to hardwood flooring. The new company name is KEEN IMPROVEMENTS and will be specialized in all home improvement disciplines such us bathroom remodeling, interior finishes, ceramic, granite, marble, and wood flooring.
3. What we are looking from the web designer: The web designer must present an original design that shows that he made an evaluation of our needs.
You will be responsible for the design and graphic presentation of all the pages that builds up the web site. (We will take care finding a content writer, however you must work in close collaboration). The home improvement market in the U.S. is huge, there is a lot of competition. We want a webpage that appeals to the real decision maker of the household, the woman. Our web designer has to display a keen ability in knowing how to appeal to the decision maker.
4) Awarding process: A mockup of the "home page" would be good to see if you are the right one to be chose. However, along with the mockup, the designer must provide a complete scheme of the web site, that means that you will need to present how many pages a web site of this kind needs, also you should indicate the elements that will go on each page. We will select the most suitable designer for the job.
5) What we provide. We will include as a reference our new business card logo and the previous site that we only had for wooden floors. www.toptierflooring.com) along with a brochure we had produced. We currently have a space saver with www.keenimprovements.com

note: when you ask designing job from coders they design only what they can code. literally coders are lazy to design something sophisticated bcs they know it will hard to develop. their imagination too narrowed bcs of that fact. designing and coding completely two different job. any way good luck.

#Guaranteed. We are not just shopping for ideas, we need a new full functional website, and thru this contest we are trying to elect who will design and create our new website. However we want to avoid phishers. Right now (for the contest) we do not need to see the full HTML design, however, what we do want to see is a mock-up with the notes we have included. We need to make sure you understand our concept. For the contest you do not have to put in all the hard work of coding in the mock-up, just show us your flowchart of presentation ideas (development layout) and your graphic designs and concepts. Once awarded the project you will then need to produce the fully functional website. --John S.

As noted in the notes of the contest, our contest is for a fully functional website. We will need a fully functional website. Not PSD but HTML5 and CSS3 with a three-tier responsive layout (desktop view, tablet view, and mobile view).
