Please note the Motion tracked pin drops defining important places nearby at 00:33-00:37. The elegance and motion tracking of these are important for my realty videos. This is the single most desired point I am looking for. An exact replication or replication with different colors would be highly desired. I can work with you on sequencing and everything else. But I am looking for this effect above all.

This project is to find an editor that will work for us on a contractual basis doing all of our video editing work. We are a Drone Videography and photography company in Florida.

This specific project is for a country club "Mediterra" trying to show off the benefits of living in the community. There are 3 main focuses: 1) the golf course (shown is the 18th hole behind the main club house). 2)The main club house 3) the fitness center and a 4th bonus of the gate and beautiful entrance.

video must be between 45-90 seconds

music for this video should be royalty free and calm, fitting for realty videos.

video must identify the clubhouse (large building with golf course behind it), fitness center (situated on a pond near the tennis courts), golf courses, and any other points of interest you see fit to distinguish.

please use your own sense of creativity, this is something I desire very much for future real estate projects. I am not a micromanager and I would like to see your ideas.

Please specify your rate for a similar video (per 90 seconds of edited video) if you were to do this as a contractor for our company.

We are looking for a 3d pin drop over the 18th hole, main club house and fitness center in at least one of the shots. 3D Animation of our logo is a bonus.

Please note that spinning shots are meant to be slow, there are a few that are too fast for use but could be slowed down, just please be sure to hit 30fps on the final output (the video was shot in 60 so no more that a 50% slow down please).

Also please avoid using shots that are jerky or pan suddenly. These were included in case you needed small 1-2 second clips from them, otherwise any parts that are sudden or inconsistent should be clipped to create a steady and smooth scene.

  An animated title for the 3 main points would be good possibly. I dont know if that would be too crowded or busy but I would definitely want that in future videos
