Contest Brief

I would like a short video created for social media. This will be a Real Estate market update snapshot and the goal is to show the viewer the data and get them to request additional information.
I recorded my screen and the videos are attached if you want to include them but also attached is a spreadsheet with the same date (2 worksheets: Active, Pending, Sold).
There is a sample video just to give you an idea of my thoughts, please do not use the same video and an example of what I am looking for because its not. I am not a video editor and spend 5 minutes creating it to show the order things should be placed in.
