We need a unique and simple yet sophisticated logo for an eco-friendly retail brand.

Hi I am Josh, the marketing manager of a new business called Earthshades.

Earthshades is a contemporary sunglasses brand with a focus on looking after the earth.

With every sunglasses sale we give a percentage of the money to looking after the Earth- planting trees, cleaning up oceans, other conservation efforts.

We are also going to have pairs of sunglasses that are completely eco friendly and bio-degradable and will break down fully if discarded or lost left outdoors.

As far as the logo/icon for the business I had the following thoughts along with the company's founder.

The logo must embody a minimalist, progressive and sustainable message throughout. It must be simple but memorable and eye-catching. We would like the logo to be a name based logo but one element of it could perhaps be taken out of it to be used on the frames of the sunglesses and box ie. A delicate and stylish leaf would work well.

I have attached a a logo that we had made but cannot use due to legal reasons.

The attached logo is a very good starting point and is very much getting close to what we are after.
We love the Leaf that is used on the top of the 'r' and would love a similar logo to this but a little more 'fresh'.

Please be creative with it but keep the photo I have attached as a guide. We want to hit home the message that we are modern with up to date styles, as well as earth-friendly and progressive in conservation and climate matters.

Please don't send any templated or generic logos as they won't be considered.

Format requirements: We require both black and white versions of the logo with transparent and black and white backgrounds in all major formats, specifically .pdf and .ai
