Contest Brief

Need a logo for my entertainment law practice.

See the attached image for a very basic idea of what I am going for. It does not have to be exactly that image or those pieces to the image. The concept being 'lights, camera, action". If you can think of a more creative way to convey that concept, I am open to different ideas.

I prefer a minimalist look for the logo. There is no specific color scheme. I am very interested in color psychology, so feel free to choose a color scheme that will tie into creativity, professionalism, integrity, entertainment and other important elements that represent an entertainment law practice.

Hopefully this is enough information to get your creative ideas flowing. If you need more information please message me.

    For all entries: the clapper opening should be to the right, not the left. For example, #23 has it right, #26 does not.

    #16 and #23 are definitely the front runners. #18 has a cool concept, but needs to make the changes I suggested.

    #12 , #16 , #17 and #18 are all really great, even though they are all quite different. Love these submissions and will have a hard time picking a winner. Please do submit any other ideas along these lines.

    Okay #12 is the first one to really hit the concept nail on the head.

    More submissions similar to this are appreciated. Note: similar does not mean identical. It doesn't have to use the same camera, clapper, light and reel to convey the concept.

    One more note: the "camera" in "lights, camera, action" is a video camera, not a photography camera.

    Thank you for the quick submissions. A few notes based on the submissions so far:
    1. Do not include any words.
    2. If you are not going to use a concept similar to the image I attached. Then it should still convey (through images) "lights, camera, action". Otherwise, the logo should include something similar to the images I provided, but more professional.
    #1 and #8 are a step in the right direction. But, #1 is just the images I attached in a different order. #8 is missing the lights element and the bird doesn’t make sense with the concept.
    #2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 don’t convey lights, camera, action.
    #1 and #7 are very impressive as far as the look. But, if you remove the words (see note 1 above) they don’t convey “lights, camera, action”
