Il s'agit de la creation d'un job Board (comme Monster.fr) REGIONAL. Son nom : Mayotte Recrute !
Le logo doit être facile à reproduire, facilement identifiable, idealement symbolique et facilement déclinable (pouvoir faire une charte graphique liée).
Le site sera mrecrute.fr. Les emplois proposés sont pour tous les publics, tous les contrats et tous les secteurs d'activité, mais uniquement pour Mayotte et sa proche region.
Le logo parfait pourrait etre repris pour une declinaison internationale.

It is about the creation of a regional Job board (like monster.com but dedicated to a territory). The name: Mayotte Recrute ! (means Mayotte is hiring!)
The logo must be easy to draw, easy to identify/recognize, ideally highly symbolic (of the region, of the type of public targeted) and easy to develop a corporate identity.
The website will be mrecute.fr. The jobs offered will be for all kind of job seekers, all type of contracts and all sectors included but only for Mayotte and the surrounding area.
The perfect logo could be used for an international development.

S'il fallait choisir, le mot le plus important est "Recrute", puis "Mayotte. C'est pour cette raison que le site s'appelle mrecrute.fr

For now, the idea, with the Tie is quite original. But the logo needs to be much more creative. To play much more with the "MR". to introduce a regional dimension (something that can suggest that we are talking about Mayotte island... in the Mozambique Channel!

Le symbol de l'hippocampe / drapeau Francais sont les clichés de Mayotte : A NE PAS UTILISER.
Quitte a utiliser un symbol existant, quelque chose lié au canal du Mozambique.

Seahorse and French flag are clichés : Please do NOT use them.
If you want to use an existing symbol, perhaps something linked to the Mozambique Channel.

The design of the logo must be very creative, with a specific original design. Do not hesitate to play only with the initials : MR... or to use MRecrute.
The creativity of the logo is essential.
