Contest Brief

See the attached logo. The version I have is low resolution, I would like to have the same design, but smoothed out and high resolution. Need vector file, jpg, png versions. Would like the logo in Black and Maroon with transparent background. Additionally, would like to see the logo with the Words Champagne Wishes Farm incorporated in a second logo. Example of one idea attached as well, but looking for something clean and elegant.
