  Good afternoon friend, I see 2 contests with the same terrain, you could tell me the difference, I know that one, it is one floor and one 4 floors, is it the same project? Or are they two different projects on the same ground? thank you, I look forward to your answer, I have many ideas.

  The contest seems interesting but i have a question, do you need the 2d architectural plans and elevations only or you want us to make it in 3d and render too ?

     2d Architectural plans are the first priority at the moment but a 3D rendering would be excellent as well.

     We are yet to decide on a number. Currently we would like to have a banquet hall on floor 1 (above G floor) and some combination of apartments/offices on all floors above that (subject to change). We welcome your recommendations!
