Need some one help me to write an outstanding, good appeal letter to Paypal.

Contest Brief
Incident:
-accidentally sold some pirated software (mistrusted a supplier claimed that their stuff is genuine)
-received too much complaints in paypal.
-being permanently banned by paypal.
Action I've treid to stop this:
-after I found out the software is pirated I stop selling them immediately.
-however it's too late for me.
-tried contacted paypal couple of time when my account has been banned, but they claimed that my account cannot be unbanned anymore no matter what reason it is.
-Then, I gave up appeal.
What do I need in this appeal letter:
Let paypal know I feel guilty, I've try continue my life since the date my paypal account has been banned (22 August 2014) without paypal but it seemed impossible. I need paypal so much.
Tell them how disastrous is my life without paypal.
plead guilty.
need one more chance.
I will not do it again if a chance is given
