STS (StudentTeachStudent.Com) is seeking international partners to take up the following functions and share profits by equity

1. Legal functions 15%,
2. Payments and Accounting functions 20%,
3. Advertising and Customer Relationship functions 20%,
4. Web Development and Technical Support 20%,
while STS Leadership provides Vision and Direction 25%.

So STS will need legal agreements with these partners. Would you like to be a Legal Partner (15% equity) providing proactive legal support (contracts, advice, etcetera) and reactive legal coverage(resolution administration, legal defense, etcetera)?

This is a start-up so STS will need committed Partners to grow!
