Contest Brief

A silicone over-molded ring about 235mm wide with ring diameter of 32mm. I need a cross section view showing the internal ring made of metal and the outer-silicone-overmold about 5mm thick.

I also need multiple rings shown in multiple color options (light pastel colors, see attachment).

I need close-up views showing the texture - should be soft, matte silicone texture like the image of the pink object. Not shiny, not glossy.

I would also like photoshop renderings of the product being held by a person.

Would be awesome if someone can also do 3D CAD and 2D drawings with the dimensions.

Hello,

there is something wrong with the sketch. If the outside diameter is 235 and the tube got 32mm, the inner diameter must be 171mm.

  I had the same question until I made the CAD drawing. 203 mm is the center-line diameter, 235 mm is the outer diameter, and 32 mm is the profile diameter. See the CAD drawing in #35 .

I like how #16 by Atif A, shows everything: it include the fully over-molded ring, a bubble view showing the inside and also a person holding it.

I would love to see some additional entries like the one from #23 by Zhanat B., which shows a person holding the product. I would like to see more renderings of the ring fully covered in the soft silicone material, rather than showing the metal interior. (The final product intention is to not show the metal)
