Contest Brief

I need three 3d renderings of an apartment I designed. The renderings need to be photorealistic and have beautiful daytime lighting. It is not necessary to add people to the rendering. I am open to some creative additions to my existing design, but the overall architecture should not be changed. Attached are the CAD files and some source images that you can use to reference the kind of materials I like.

The contest MAY be cut short for the perfect renderings so get started asap!! I will provide design feedback to you so that we can tweak some things as we go. And yes, this is a GUARANTEED contest so let's see your best work!

Here is a description of each file:

autocad file - my design. There are view locators in PURPLE inside the file. I want a nice wide angle lense but not too distorted in your renderings.
brick.jpg - a picture of the front face of the building, I want the back wall to be made of the same brick but with some nice open windows (maybe even try to make the side walls in the living/dining area the same brick, you can also do a version with dry wall only).
back-wall.jog - example of back wall glazing system i want to use
kitchen.jpeg - sample of how i want the kitchen to look in terms of the materials. i want a **darker wood** on the floor though.

Your final deliverable will be THREE separate 3d renderings, all 3d files that you created, and all material maps that you used.
