Design an App Mockup (Winner gets job to design rest of App)

Contest Brief

We're looking for designers to design 2 screens (UI/UX) for our app.
The winning designer will be given a job to design the rest of our app ($1400 USD).
The 2 screens to be redesigned is attached: 1.zip and 2.zip

Guidelines:
- This is an App targeting to girl users mostly, so please follow same color scheme (pink).
(But if you think you could propose another color schema to impress us, be our guest!
Just make it consistent for all pages and the model card also.)
- Flat UI style only, no iOS6 style!
- Be as creative as you like!
- If you like to replace the TabBar with SideBar Menu, remember that we will have a red dot displayed to notice the user when there is a job notice. Find a place for that red dot also.
- This App is mainly used by Chinese so it should look good with the standard Chinese font in the PSD.
(Another 2 files attached with English Ref only, so you know what does those Chinese mean.
DO NOT REDESIGN THESE ENGLISH PAGE.)
- Final deliverable should be in PSD format.

1.zip
- A page to display a job market for models to apply
- These jobs are published by employers using our App also.)

2.zip
- A tool for model to generate their "Model Card" by uploading their photos.

- Please be as creative to make the "model card" style as pretty / stylish as possible.
So that models would love to use our App to generate model card automatically.
The things need to be kept on the model card are
1. Models name, height, weight, shoe, chest, waist, hip;
2. Eight photos of the model.
You can change everything else.
- The model card needs to fit in one screen, so that models can download or make a screen shot to have a single JPG file to be easily delivered.

Winning designer will be awarded a job to do the following for $1400 USD:
- iOS / Android Screens (sliced to work with UI components, all dpi / screen densities)
- App Icons (iOS / Android) - retina, iPad, Android (all dpi)
- Animations (loading, pull-to-refresh, slide to view, tilt your device for VR mode)

Winning designer will also be considered for future work from us:)

A quick question: should I use any native OS interface framework? Meaning Human Interface Design (iOS) or Material Design (Android). Or contestant can work in any style as long as it is flat? What are you preferences?
