Contest Brief

I would like to redo my 3D renders found on this page: http://www.kit-homes.com.au/homes.htm. I wish them to be much more modern and realistic in appearance.

MUST BE PHOTOREALISTIC

This project is for 1 new render (not listed on that web page), however may lead to many more down the track.

In the attached folder are the plans, an example of the style that may work for this home as well as an image of the winner of a previous contest that I held. I like the idea of late afternoon with lights on inside the house.

Best view can be found on page 1 of full set.pdf

I am NOT after a wooden cabin looking house. I am after a finish similar to the following link. However not say late in the evening though as I need it to be quite light:
