Hi.. I sow the site & doc file & It was very interesting for me. And especially because of situation have had recently for my wife's mother, was very real and useful. But I think what you need is not a 3d model acting these, Older generations like to see real examples, not a low budget animation. My suggestion is performing the work in composite. with real human and adding all that required on it with some track & compose info s.
