I personally believe they were waiting for the payment to clear from their Paypal. I disputed the transaction but wasn't able to gain my funds back because Paypal do not cover virtual service.   Hi Guys,We need a website built for an existing company. I want it to be quite simple but appealing so clients call or leave messages. A few idea's i want on the website are "testimonial page" will have videos (short), "contact us page" will have a message box where clients can type a message and this will be redirected to us. In total we want about 7-8 pages: Home, insurance, superannuation, finance, tax, testimonials, contact and maybe an additional one if the designer thinks of something ? Also i am looking for the website designer to have relevant backgrounds and pictures or what not on the website which suits it.
