I hired Nishant for data collection from a government website, which had to be entered into a spreadsheet. I provided detailed instruction videos, yet the wrong data was entered. Nishant then admitted that he outsourced the work to his brother. He then redid the work (himself), but again, data/names were entered incorrectly. I asked him to correct the errors, yet he refused. Unfortunately, I hired him on an hourly basis (where payments are made automatically), and I can't get a refund.
