Deadline: We kicked off on 3/26 with a deadline of 4/5. 3/28: got the 1st rev of home page design. I was not at all happy with that one. I was asked for 30% amt. I told arulan that the payment is not possible without an acceptable design. Since we had to go thru the rev on home page, the deadline moved by 2 days i.e. 4/9 (excl Sat and Sun). Got the next ver of home page on 3/30, still not happy but paid 30%. Now the deadline moved by 2 more days to 4/11 because he did a scheduling mistake. Essentially we agreed for the near final version on 4/11. with any comments, the final final version on 4/13, because I insisted on interim reviews. 4/13: I get a message saying that they are still in the process of designing (I haven't seen the near final version yet, that was supposed to be in my hands on 4/11). I insisted on the work being complete by 4/14, and arulan was not ready to give any commitment neither on 4/14 nor anytime after that. I had to call for incomplete project.
