Full CMS Development(No-Design)

Hello Fellow Coders and RAC Members.

I'm Peter, owner of OnFPS.com. I just got an completely new template for my old site. Needs to be coded into full php, commented including an admin panel to manage the cms.

I will require one part of the site to be cut into xHtml / CSS from a Photoshop PSD file. Then converted into a CMS.

I will not accept the work unless I am satisfied with it. I expect very clean and professional work. I would like a coder that gets the job done, fast, is friendly and can speak fluent English. I need this done in less them 2 weeks. If for whatever reason it takes longer, I can extend it. But I will not guarantee it.

## Deliverables

I will require a lot of work to be done, also need one site cut into html from a PSD.
