We require the VBA code to add an email function to an existing Access 2000 database. The code will be run by clicking on a button on an existing form. The form has, in addition to the button, a text box for the subject of the email, a text box for the body of the email and a text box for the path of an attachment file.
The text box for the body of the email must be able to be used for keying in text AND have the ability to be used to paste other graphics and text from other applications such as Word, Excel, Adobe etc without losing any formatting. This is necessary for those circumstances where mail servers will not allow emails with attachments to be delivered.
Each email must be personalized ie. Dear Xxxxx, where Xxxxx and the email addresses are in a table. The code must run for any number of email recipients.
