Need Linux sysadmin for ZenCart/Plesk/Linux install

Hi there I have a zen cart install which needs some love. 1) There is a general problem on the machine (dedicated host) where load skyrockets to 20+ often.. not sure what is causing it but need it to be fixed by someone. Think it has something to do with the webserver. Need this fixed. 2) I need the filesystem for all accounts properly backed up and transferred offsite (I already am paying for an offsite host) 3) I will need some zencart fixups done after these two. I need someone that I can build a long term relationship and call on from time to time to help maintain the host. Maybe a couple of hours a month.
