I need help using this application:

I only need to use the Date/Time Shift Feature.

I have all the photos in a folder on my desktop in my MacBook Pro.
Need to shift time by 10 minutes forward. All you need to do is to send me a command or two that will do it for me. I need help with this because I don't know how to use Terminal, and it's not clear to me how to specify that the folder is on the desktop.
