Hi,

I would like a professional looking site for a business. Here are the requirements:

1. Pages: 20 required with SEF urls or customizable URLS with SEO in mind
2. Banners: 4-5 banners Required
3. Pictures: Some will be provided, rest can be searched/used from the internet
4. CMS: Must be very easy to use like and fully functional - Client should be able to update every part of the website (content, images, sidebars, components, contact forms, banners etc) through CMS alone
5. Design: must be custom and not a template that was done previously for some other project
6. Online Reservations: smart and easy to use two-way reservation system
7. Quick Quote Form: form on the homepage.
8. Contact Us Form on contact-us page needed
9. Google Map on Contact Us page showing business address
10. Live Chat Option on Homepage

1. Logo - designer might need to modify colours to correlate with rest of the theme
2. Images - Some will be provided and the Designer must be creative in searching/using pics from online
3. Content - Will be owner's responsibility

$100 will be in Milestone when project is awarded and released before testing of the site.
Rest will be in milestone/released once project is complete after testing.
