I am looking for a website like http://www.phonenumbersearcher dot co dot uk/
We need to have a bit on the font of the website where it shows all the latest sites that we have added
we need a easy to use A-Z & 0-9 like on - http://www.phonenumbersearcher.co.uk/
easy to use backend so we can added a unlimited amount of data so it shows up in the front when people search
we will need a customer rating system as well
we need to be able to add a unlimited amount of categories like Football Clubs, Train Stations, Coach Companies etc and when the customer clicks on say football clubs to browser its clean and crisp to search threw.
We also want to be able to add area's so for example - England - West Midlands - Birmingham like that or like
Scotland - Strathclyde - Motherwell or wales - North Wales - Ryhl etc
it will have to be seo friendly so google can list it - so if we added Manchester United see example below
www.websitename.co.uk/england/north_west/Manchester/
in the back end it has to be a nice clear area like a word press admin area to add categories, to add pages, to add posts. I wont nice clean colours that invite people to the website.
Must be each for google to index each page, category, post, area etc
Contact us page with a easy form to fill in that gets emailed to customer services domain and email address will be given when the person has been choosen.

Request a listing - this is where if people cant see what they are looking for it goes to a form and emails to us, with there Name, Email address, company they are looking for for example - Santander Manchester City Centre.

It also has to show what the visitors of the site has voted as there good link so if they click 5 stars for HSBC and 4 stars for SKY, 3 stars for Santander London East etc it should show like www.phonenumbersearcher dot co dot uk/ratings.html it resets every month but logs the months best links in the admin area under reports,
When I list a company to show up i need a form in the backend that has the following - Company Name, First Line Address, 2nd Line Address, Town/City, County, Postcode, Telephone No, Fax Number, Email address, Website Address. Everything from company name to fax number is deffo needed I can leave email address and web address black should i wish.
I would like to see a mock up if possible so that i can see the job goes to the right person or company and if you can not provide that you need to provide websites that you have done already that has some of the things I am looking for on this project.
I have a tight budget but this is one in a long line of projects I have to offer more will follow soon
I basically want a copy of http://www.phonenumbersearcher dot co dot uk but in a very different layout, i will not accept a copy of the website as this is illegal. I would like to integrate the same features but it has to look nothing like the site phonenumbersearcher.
A logo and some graphics will also be required as well budget is £100 - £150 GBP
