OSCommerce Multiple Attribute Order

I need my oscommerce script modified to be able to allow customers to order mutilple sizes at once. I have attached an image of what I would like that purchasing area to look like. As always I am looking for the perfect combination of fast, pro and cheap. If you meet the bill bid quickly because I purchase within minutes of seeing a great deal. There may also be a few pages where I want you to remove the table around the maincontent. If I see a bid of $25 I’m jut going to stop the bidding and choose you.
