We require a custom designed web based booking and point of sale system to manage two locations, with 17 rooms in total.
System basic requirements
• A cloud based system accessible initially only to staff members.
• 17 rooms, two locations, two available sessions per day.
• Customer database.
• Screen layout/design will be provided in PSD format.
• System needs to support touch control
• Booking system integrates with the POS system to display that days bookings and due payments.
• POS system works with windows based POS hardware including cash drawer and bar code scanner.
• Booking system needs to be able to operate on Android and iOS as well as desktop (PC, MAC)
• Resulting sales are stored within the system.
• Each user to require a username and password for access.
• Any bookings, cancellations or changes made are to be attributed to the user that made it, along with the date and time.
• Automated email to be sent upon making a booking
• Automated sms to be sent 48 prior to commencement of booking.
• Upon booking cancellations, automated sms’s sent to waiting list when available.
• Administrator access to various financial reporting functions.
