Hello, I need an IOS programmer to design an application

I can provide example apps to compare it to for similar features.

Functionality - User Friendly with the option to share to Facebook, Twitter and via Email (and also to save to iPhone/iPad).

I will need the full source code, copyright and IP for this, I will need to speak to the successful bidder about what extra I would like the app to do.

It must be universal app, so iPad must run at native resolution (1024x768) as well as iPhone (640x960 & 320x480)

Landscape mode is for this.

There must be 2 versions of this app, a full version, and a lite version which has limitations to be discussed with the developer.
