faking traffic - open to bidding

For the past couple of years, I have seen a few websites appear that provide the service of "faking the referrer" when delivering traffic. These companies have the ability to deliver traffic to various URLs and make the referrer say almost whatever they want.

They can make traffic appear in Google Analytics as if it's coming from [url removed, login to view] for any keyword, or from Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, etc.

Please review that website and learn what they can provide. Their service comes from a machine that automatically delivers everything, so none of the traffic is real.

I would like to have this technology to run a very similar business. If you know how to do this, but that job would include a similar website to [url removed, login to view] and an Administrator's area.

Please confirm if you have fully reviewed the task and if you do know how to fake the referrer, so I can offer a service just like www.fakethereferrer.com.

They are able to send traffic to any URL and make that URL think the traffic came from a specific location, such as a search term in Google or Twitter, when in reality it came from their bot system.
