Hi I am posting this to get a rough idea of price,

I would like building a custom from scratch ircd server that will run on a small windows vps,

I would like it to have services built in,

I would like services to offer a bot that can be set to mod sertian rooms set by admin

I would like the commands to be set short hand like /aop username

I would like nickname register, and room, ser room statuses

I would also like windows back end to have a control pannel to view members users and pass ect and to set room owners and opers ect
