Business Developer for finding Software Projects

Your job is to find a client who need a software and get his requirement to us. You will receive our company portfolio which points out our skills and capabilities, so you can find projects according to that. We do not pay you a salary but instead we allow you to apply your own profit margin. Below is how it works. Business developer take the requirement from the client and show it to us. We say our cost and time estimation. Business developer add his profit margin to the estimated price and tell the total price to the client (ex: if our cost estimation is $1000 and business developer added $200 as his profit, then the project price for the client will be $1200). If the client agrees, then the Business Developer should accept the project and need to award us this project via Freelancer.com as one of his projects. we create milestones and start working milestone by milestone. Business developer should take funds from the client and fund our escrow for the particular milestone before we work. Once the work on that milestone is completed, business developer should release the funds so we can move to the next milestone. If you are good at technical details then we don't have to communicate with the client; if you are not, then we can communicate with the client for you regarding the technical issues. The best part of this job is that you can add any amount to the given price as your profit before you tell the price to the client, and we will not question you about how much you added as the profit.
