Assist me with Bulk Marketing

We require a person who is skilled who can send out an email twice to a list of 10K job seekers using multiple email servers. The bulk email sending must be done so that they are not received as 'Spam’. We want to send emails containing an html link in order to promote our site and personalize the email using their first name. 1. The emails must be spam free as they are going to targeted individuals. 2. We will provide you the Excel file. 3. We will provide you with the email message. 4. Each email has a name and email so all will be sent by name - example: Hi First Name,. 5. There will be two emails sent. Immediately and the next 4 days after. 6. Check the email addresses to make sure they will not be blocked as spam and are good to send. 7. Keep a log of what went through and bad email addresses. 8. We need this done asap 9.
