Entrance exam for complete web site makeover

We have a website that we "organically" designed from ground up, as two developers, and that site BADLY needs graphic and design overhaul. Site is about information selling - musicians, performers, music authors give us their mp3s and we search it across radio station space. There are tables, charts, data entry, ... In short (ask and you'll be answered) we need someone to keep all the pixels nice and polished. And modern. So we can excel visually as we are now excelling informatively. In order for you to qualify for larger job, which is redesign of it all, we need you to create vanity plate for an user, which will show his name, picture, role, some information and his testimonial about our service. BTW - in order to even quality for ANY discussion (and prevent spam) I need you to open this PSD file and tell me what language I used in testimonial text. Hint: use google translate to detect language if you will. Vanity plates should not look as if they need to fit into current site "design" - since we don't think we have ANY design. So feel free to give it your best shot, having in mind that more work awaits you, and that if you agree to do it, you'll be fitting whole site to vanity plates you made in this step. Our idea is for you to draw in whatever you want to draw, but YOU HAVE TO know enough HTML to be able to put your design into it. You don't have to code, we'll do it. You "just" do HTML/CSS. :)
