PSD Editing and re-sizing the canvas/dimensions

I have several book cover /Manuals and DVD cover designed which needs to be [login to view URL] to be clear the designs are final and perfect,I don't want you to change them or create a new design or edit the designs.I just want you to resize them as needed by my printer.
I have all the PSDs so what I want you to do is take the PSDs and edit them and send me back.
In few cases you may have to rearrange/resize the elements to fit new dimensions ..
and most importantly I want this to be done before Sunday evening US time.I will select someone immidiately so bid [login to view URL] 10-12 products are there.
