Support calls. Was also able to handle Brand Marketing work for the Human Resources Department of a BPO industry, thinking of ways to advertise and promote job openings, and research the market of potential applicants via surveys. I also have experience with telecommuting (work-from-home jobs) as a Marketing Designer, and Customer Service Manager.
I am well-versed with editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, as well as with
admin tools like Microsoft Office (Word and Excel among others).
I am also part of a team who created a database for a trucking company, providing all details that any customer service representative will need for their research.
I am giving maximum of 30 days for this project to ensure that if there are any possible corrections, you will never be short-changed with the amount of my bid.
