I am not sure of this is possible however what I want is a program with source code in visual studio to do the following:
1: When an email comes in and I am looking at it, to have a button available that I can click and it will copy the contents of the email to the outlook client card notes area. It will append to it if it has data already with time stamps in the text. It will create a new client card if it doesnt exist.
2: When I am replying to the email to have the ability to also check off check box prior to sending to also append that email to the client card notes area. This is so I have history of email conversations that are selective in what appears there.
IF this is possible I have more projects in the future!

Hi. It is possible in VSTO but for Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 different solutions will be required. In VBA I suppose there can be one solution for all versions. Regards, Yuri
